Ingredients for cottage cheese pies:
- Kefir – 250 ml;
- Baking soda – 1/3 tsp;
- Salt – ½ tsp;
- Sugar – 1 tsp;
- Cheese – 150 g;
- Flour – 350 g.
Ingredients for stuffing:
- Boiled eggs – 4 pcs;
- Cottage cheese – 150 g;
- Green onion – a bundle;
- Dill – a bunch;
- Sour cream – 2 tbsp;
- Ground black pepper – a pinch.
Preparation of cottage cheese pies:
Into kefir pour soda, salt and granulated sugar, stir and wait for the formation of bubbles on the surface. Again mix the ingredients in the kefir
. Shred the cheese on a fine grater, put it in the kefir. Sift flour into the kefir, knead a soft dough with a spatula and then with your hands. Leave the dough at room temperature under cellophane for 20 minutes.
To make the filling, peel the boiled eggs and knead them with a mallet. Chop green onions and dill finely and add to the eggs together with cottage cheese. Add sour cream and ground black pepper to the filling, mix until homogeneous.
Divide the dough into 12-15 lumps, roll each lump into a thin round cake. Put 1.5 tablespoons of filling into the tortillas, close the filling in the dough as if in a bag.
Flatten the patties with the palm of your hand. Grease a frying pan with a drop of vegetable oil, place the patties seam side down.
Fry the patties on one side on medium heat. Then turn to the second side, bake under a lid until golden.
