Ingredients for zucchini rolls:
- Zucchini – 2 pcs;
- Salt – 1 tbsp;
- Eggs – 2 pcs;
- Flour – 50 g;
- Cheese – 100 g;
- Garlic – 2 cloves;
- Sour cream – 2 tbsp;
- Tomato – 1 pc;
- Cucumber – 1 pc.
Preparation of zucchini rolls:
On the peel of zucchini with a fork make hollows, pass the cloves along the vegetable. Cut zucchini into thin plates, lengthwise
. Transfer the plates into a deep container, sprinkle with salt and leave for 10 minutes.
