It seems as if cookies are one of the most useless products. It can be replaced at tea time with candies, cakes and pastries. However, it turns out that cookies are not to be underestimated
. In fact, cookies can be used to make desserts, such as the base for cheesecake. In Germany, cookies are used to brew beer. In France, cookies are used to snack on some types of wine.
For this reason, cookies are not a one-size-fits-all product for tea parties.
To avoid spending money on store-bought cookies, let’s make homemade cookies.
Ingredients for cookies:
- Eggs – 2 pcs;
- Salt – a pinch;
- Vanilla sugar – 1 tsp;
- Sugar – 130 g;
- Butter – 170 g;
- Baking powder – 1 tsp;
- Flour – 270 g.
Cookies preparation:
Break eggs in a bowl, salt, pour vanilla sugar and granulated sugar, stir until the grains of sand are dissolved. Pour slightly warm butter into the bowl with the egg mixture, add the baking powder, beat until homogeneous.
Sift the flour into the cream mixture, knead a sticky, thick dough

Transfer the dough into a pastry bag, press it out onto a parchment-lined baking tray.
Bake the cookies in the oven at 180 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
You can make the cookies flat, create round cookies – depends on your imagination. Don’t forget to sprinkle the cookies with powdered sugar for decoration.
