sticks.

Ingredients for crab salad:

  • crab sticks – 150 g;
  • Korean carrots – 150 g;
  • cheese – 70 g;
  • boiled eggs – 2 pcs;
  • garlic – clove;
  • mayonnaise – 80 g;
  • parsley – 5 g;
  • salt – ½ tsp.

Preparation of crab salad:

Get rid of the Korean carrots from excess liquid, transfer them to a salad bowl. Cut crab sticks into thin long straws lengthwise

. Grate cheese on a coarse grater, cut small slices of peeled eggs.

In a bowl with Korean carrots combine cheese, crab sticks, parsley and eggs. Dress the salad with mayonnaise, salt and mix thoroughly.
