and healthy appetizer dish.

Ingredients for vegetable appetizer:
- tomatoes – 4 pcs;
- onions – 2 pcs.;
- garlic – 3 cloves;
- fresh basil – a bunch;
- vegetable oil – 3 tbsp;
- honey – 1,5 tsp;
- oregano – ½ tsp;
- lemon juice – 2 tbsp;
- salt – tsp;
- hot pepper – ½ tsp;
- freshly ground pepper mixture – ½ tsp;
- baguette – pcs.
Preparation of vegetable appetizer:
Slice tomatoes (8 mm) and onions into thin rings. Finely chop basil and hot pepper. Place the onion rings, tomatoes, basil and hot pepper in layers in the mold.
For the dressing, press garlic cloves through a press and combine with vegetable oil and lemon juice.
Pour
salt, pepper and oregano into the dressing, add honey and mix thoroughly.
Pour the dressing over the surface of the tomato and onion layers
