A real treat! Delicious and refreshing “Sunny Blizzard” cake

Cake has a rather complex history of origin. It is known about the first cakes that they originated in ancient Rome. However, for a long time the industry of confectionery art did not develop. Let’s tell you how you can prepare at home a bright cake – “Sunny Blizzard”.

Biscuit ingredients:

  • eggs – 2 pcs;
  • flour – 50 g;
  • sugar – 40 g;
  • salt – a pinch.

Ingredients for the cream:

  • canned apricots – 850 g;
  • cream 33% – 300 ml;
  • sugar – 180 g;
  • sour cream – 70 ml;
  • gelatin – 30 g;
  • vanilla sugar – 10 g.

Preparation of the cake:

It is necessary for the preparation of the sponge cake to divide the eggs into whites and yolks. Whites beat with a mixer to a lush foam, gradually pour salt and granulated sugar.

Next, add the yolks, one at a time, and continue beating until homogeneous

Gradually sift flour into the protein mixture, stir gently with a spatula to maintain a lush dough structure.
