Ingredients for baked pork:
- pork – 600 g;
- salt – ½ tsp;
- onions – 2 pcs;
- tomatoes – 3 pcs;
- mozzarella – 200 g;
- mayonnaise – 100 g;
- dried marjoram – 2 tsp.
Preparation of baked pork:
Process the pork meat, remove the film and veins. Cut the loin into small steaks 1.5-2 cm thick.
Beat the meat with milk on one side, beforehand cover the steaks with a cellophane bag.
Sprinkle salt on the pieces of meat, rub the granules into the fibers.
Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil, lay the steaks on the surface.
We cut tomatoes and onions into rings, cut cheese into thin plates. We
