Ingredients for beaten cucumbers:
- cucumbers – 450 g;
- salt – tsp;
- flour – tsp;
- sugar – tbsp;
- garlic – 6 cloves;
- chili pepper – 2 pcs;
- green onion – bundle;
- vegetable oil – 100 ml;
- peanuts – 100 g;
- sesame seeds – tbsp;
- soy sauce – tbsp.
Preparation of broken cucumbers:
Remove the front and back from the cucumbers. Pour 350 ml of water into a pan, bring to a
boil. Dip the cucumbers into the boiling water, cook for a minute. Immediately after cooking, lower the cucumbers into cold water. After cooling, transfer the cucumbers into a bag, seal and beat with a rolling pin.

In a skillet, heat vegetable oil, fry peanuts in it until golden. In a separate bowl, mix the chili peppers, garlic, green onions and sesame seeds. Add soy sauce to the mixture and pour hot vegetable oil over it.
Rinse the cucumbers again in water and squeeze them lightly with your hands. Put the previously prepared mixture of chili and green onions to the cucumbers, add peanuts and mix.
