fact is that the fibers of chicken fillets contain lean protein. In this case, a person receives the protein necessary for the work of the body. At the same time, it refuses excess fat.

Ingredients for fried chicken fillet:
- Chicken fillet – 600 g;
- Paprika – 2 tsp;
- Salt – tsp;
- Onion – pcs;
- Tomato – pcs;
- Boiled egg – 2 pieces;
- Garlic – 4 cloves;
- Mayonnaise – 3 tbsp;
- Vegetable oil – 50 g.
Preparation of fried chicken fillet:
Chicken fillet should be divided into steaks, so each one should be cut lengthwise into two parts. Sprinkle the steaks with paprika and salt, rub into the fibers of the meat on both sides.
Onions cut into quarter rings, finely dice the tomato, mix the components in a plate. Cheese is shredded on large grater cutters, keep separate from the vegetables. Grate
finely boiled eggs, lay out to the shredded vegetables. Pass garlic cloves through the press into the bowl with vegetables and eggs, dress the mixture with mayonnaise, salt and mix thoroughly.
Grease a baking tray with vegetable oil, lay the steaks on the surface. On the steaks put the resulting vegetable mass, spread an even layer on the pieces.
Create a cheese pillow on the vegetable mass. Bake the dish for half an hour in the oven at 180 degrees.
You can also add chopped herbs to the vegetable mass.
