Cutlets are considered one of the most requested dishes in all establishments. There are many different types of cutlets. Familiar to many people, lulia kebab can also be referred to cutlets, although this dish differs in the way of preparation from a typical cutlet. The

Initially, cutlets were not chopped, spices, herbs and other components were not added to the minced meat. A whole piece of meat on the bone was fried as a steak.
Now the concept of cooking a cutlet has changed. Let’s tell you more about how to cook cutlets deliciously.
Ingredients for cutlets:
- Chicken meat – kg;
- Onion – 1/2 pc;
- Paneer breadcrumbs – 100 ml;
- Cream 33% – 3 tbsp;
- Soy sauce – tbsp;
- Dijon mustard – tsp;
- Egg – pcs.
Preparation of cutlets:
Separate the meat from the bone, also remove the skin, but leave small layers of fat. Cut the meat into small cubes, similarly cut onions
. Mix onions with meat, finely chop with a knife to shred all the remaining veins. The resulting minced meat should be distributed in an even layer on the board, sprinkle to taste with ground black pepper and salt.
With your hands, mix the minced meat with spices and salt. In a separate bowl combine breadcrumbs with cream and egg.
This mixture is put to the minced meat, pour soy sauce, add mustard, mix the components.
Formed cutlets (10 pieces) is recommended to be breaded in flour.
You need to heat a frying pan, pour vegetable oil into it, lay out the cutlets clockwise.
Put a small piece of butter to the cutlets, fry on medium heat for 1.5 minutes on each side.
Pay attention! The second batch of cutlets will fry faster.
Transfer the cutlets to a baking tray lined with parchment. Send the cutlets to the oven at 200 degrees for 10 minutes.
After cooking, remove the hot cutlets from the tray so that they do not continue to cook on the hot surface.
For juiciness leave the cutlets in a plate, cover with foil until cooled.
