Lulia kebab translates from Eastern languages, namely from Arabic, as fried meat. That is, this dish is a designation of many dishes made of beef and mutton. Probably, it is impossible to call lulia kebab dishes made of pork.
Lulia kebab is similar to kebab, as it has certain similar specifics of cooking. However, in addition to similarities, kebab also has many differences.

Ingredients for lulia kebab:
- minced meat – 600 g;
- salt – tsp;
- ground black pepper – ½ tsp;
- baking soda – ½ tsp;
- cornstarch – 2 tsp;
- sour cream – 2 tbsp;
- garlic – 3 cloves;
- onion – pcs;
- dill – sprig;
- sugar – ½ tsp;
- apple cider vinegar – 1.5 tsp;
- water – 2 tbsp.
Preparation of lula kebab:
In the minced meat we put salt, black ground pepper and baking soda. Add cornstarch and sour cream to the meat mass.
Press garlic cloves through the press, put them into the minced meat, mix thoroughly and beat the mass. Cut onions into thin feathers, chop dill.
Mix onion and dill together with sugar, salt and apple cider vinegar. Pour water to the onion mixture and leave to marinate for 10 minutes.
At this time, form small elongated sausages from the mince. Fry the sausages in vegetable oil in a frying pan until golden on each side.
