As a rule, at the mention of diets and weight loss, most people imagine bland side dishes and tasteless viands. For example, buckwheat with boiled chicken breast or eggs for breakfast.
However, we want to offer a recipe for appetizing baked zucchini and cheese rolls with ham.
Ingredients for baked rolls:
- zucchini – 3 pcs;
- eggs – 3 pcs;
- grated parmesan – 5 tbsp. tbsp;
- salt – a pinch;
- olive oil – 2 tbsp;
- parsley – a bunch;
- Philadelphia – 250 g;
- cooked ham – 200 g.
Preparation of baked rolls:
Zucchini should be shredded on large cutters grater and squeezed from excess juice. Parsley should be chopped finely, combined with eggs and grated parmesan in one bowl.
Put the zucchini mixture into the egg mixture. Salt the mixture and mix thoroughly.
Put parchment on a baking tray, grease with olive oil. Transfer the egg mixture to the tray, spreading it evenly over the surface.
Bake the flatbread in the oven at 200 degrees for 25 minutes. While the layer is baking, it is necessary to place food film on the table.
After cooking, the flatbread is moved to the film.
We smear the top of the flatbread with Philadelphia, put the ham on the cheese layer.
Roll up the layer into a roll, pack it in the film.
Leave the sausage in the refrigerator for a couple of hours.
It remains to remove the roll from the film and cut into small slices. The result is a great healthy snack from simple ingredients.
