Apples are one of the oldest fruits. Over the centuries, they have changed their appearance and flavor thanks to animals. Everything happened quite simply: animals ate apples and scattered the seeds everywhere.
To make the fruit easy to spot, it became larger, which made it sweeter. The seeds remained small, as they had to easily pass through the intestines of animals.
Of course, this process took place long before human intervention. Already later, with the help of artificial selection, people made the fruit many times tastier.
Let’s prepare a dish using apples

For cooking you will not need special skills in cooking, and the result will definitely exceed expectations.
Ingredients for dessert:
- apple – pcs.;
- egg – pcs;
- sugar – 2 tbsp;
- vegetable oil – 2 tbsp. tbsp;
- yogurt – 150 g;
- milk – 50 ml;
- flour – 350 g;
- salt – a pinch;
- leavening agent – tbsp.
- sugar, cinnamon.
Preparation of the dessert:
It is worth starting with the preparation of the apple: cleaning from the peel and removing the core. Then rub on a coarse grater.
In a bowl, mix the egg and sugar. Add the yogurt and sugar to the mixture. Stir with a whisk until thickened
. Pour in the vegetable oil and stir again. Add a pinch of salt and 50 ml of milk. Using a whisk
, add 350 grams of flour and a tablespoon of baking powder. Knead the dough. Now combine the grated apples with the dough.
Roll out the billet with a rolling pin and use a mold to make small squares.
Send the billets to a pan with vegetable oil. Cook on all sides. Products should become voluminous.
It turns out very tasty, try it. Sprinkle sugar and cinnamon on top of the products.
The dish is also perfect with maple syrup, honey or yogurt.
