We offer you a recipe for a diet dessert without flour. As a filling you can take carrots and apples. Such a dish can safely eat twice a week and do not spoil the figure. Let’s cook!

Ingredients:

  • Oat bran – 130 g;
  • Stevia – 2 tsp;
  • Eggs – 3 pieces;
  • Carrots – 170 g;
  • Apples – 170 g;
  • Walnuts – 50 g;
  • leavening agent – 1 tsp.

Ingredients for the cream:

  • Soft cottage cheese – 250 g;
  • Cream cheese – 100 g;
  • Stevia – 1 tsp.

Preparation of apple-carrot pie:

Send the oat bran to a coffee grinder to grind. In a bowl break one whole egg and 2 egg whites. Transfer the yolks to another container and beat until lightened.

Grate the carrots on a fine grater
