Ingredients for appetizer cucumbers:

  • cucumbers – 500 g;
  • garlic – 4 cloves;
  • salt – 1 tsp;
  • sugar – 1 tbsp;
  • dill – to taste;
  • grain mustard – 1.5 tsp;
  • lemon juice – 1.5 tbsp;
