In many families, cutlets are a common dish that is prepared traditionally for dinner. Most often cutlets are fried in a frying pan, because this method of cooking is considered the fastest.
Some people are afraid to bake cutlets, because the dish has always previously turned out dry. However, with the right preparation of cutlets, they turn out on the contrary, juicy and flavorful.
We will tell about the method of preparation, in which cutlets turn out juicy and tender because of the fact that butter, sour cream and potatoes are used.
Ingredients for cutlets:
- Stuffing – 500 g;
- Potatoes – 2 pieces;
- Onion – 1 piece;
- Garlic – 3 cloves;
- Bread – 3 slices;
- Sour cream – 2 tbsp;
- Butter – 50 g;
- Salt – ½ tsp;
- Black pepper – to taste.
Cooking cutlets in the oven:
Crumble bread in random pieces, soak in water or milk. Raw potatoes grate, squeeze and add to the mince
. Onion and garlic chop with a blender or meat grinder

Soaked bread is squeezed with hands, put into the stuffing along with ground black pepper, salt and sour cream
. Mix all the ingredients thoroughly

that the mass becomes homogeneous

Next, the mixture should be beaten for 5 minutes, so that the cutlets turned out dense.
Grease the tray with vegetable oil. From the minced meat form small bits of 80 grams, we get 12 cutlets.
Place the cutlets on the baking tray, keeping the distance between each other. Put the cutlets in an oven heated to 200 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes. After cooking take out the cutlets and abundantly grease with butter.
We send the meat dish back to the oven for 20 minutes at a similar temperature.
Such baked cutlets will not yield to fried in juiciness, flavor. The main thing is not to forget to grease the cutlets with butter – this is the key to the success of the dinner.
