Nowadays, a lot of attention in the preparation of dishes for the festive table is paid to appetizers. The fact is that the main dish on the table is only 50% of the success of the whole festive dinner or lunch. However, after the main meal, guests, as a rule, begin to treat themselves to appetizers.

As appetizers are excellent not only canapés or salads, but also rolls. And we are not talking about sweet dessert rolls, but about meat rolls. One of the meat rolls for the holiday we want to prepare.
Ingredients for meatloaf:
- thin pita – pcs;
- minced meat – 400 g;
- eggs – 2 pcs;
- onion – pcs.;
- cheese – 300 g;
- Peking cabbage – ½ pcs.
Preparation of meatloaf:
Run onions through a meat grinder, add the porridge to the minced meat, salt. Break an egg into the mince, divide the second egg into yolk and white. The white of the second egg is also put into the minced meat, mix the components thoroughly until homogeneous.

Cut the pita into two rectangles, one should be shorter than the second by 10 cm.
On the longer pita layer lay out the stuffing from cheese and cabbage, leave a small indent of 5 cm without stuffing. Cover the stuffing with the second pita, spread a thin layer of minced meat over it.
Twist the layers into a roll, smear the end with egg yolk so that the roll does not fall apart. Place the roll on a baking tray lined with parchment.
Bake the roll at 190 degrees in the oven for 30-40 minutes. After 20 minutes you can take the roll out, sprinkle with cheese and send it back to cook.
The cheese in the roll melts inside and outside, the meat is well baked, which makes this appetizer flavorful and juicy. This is a good dish for a festive table and for an ordinary dinner.
