We will prepare an omelet for the whole family from a small number of components.
Ingredients for the omelet:
- eggs – 6 pcs;
- olive oil – ½ tsp;
- milk – 300 ml;
- salt – ⅓ tsp;
- cheese – 100 g;
- nutmeg – ¼ tsp.
Preparation of the omelette:
Eggs need to be beaten in a deep bowl and salted. Beat the eggs into a homogeneous mixture with a whisk, add milk.
Cheese should be shredded on large sharps grater, put in a bowl with egg mixture. Mix the ingredients, add nutmeg
. Lubricate the baking mold with olive oil, pour the egg mixture into it. Cook the omelette in the oven at 200 degrees for 20 minutes.
You can also chop green onions and add ground black pepper to the omelet before baking.
