Layered salads can be called a real work of art. Such a dish is not only tasty, but also helps to play up the appetite due to its appearance.

Layered salads, as a rule, are moderately juicy and satiate even more than ordinary salads. It is only important not to overdo it with the sauce.
Our “Ocean” salad uses canned sprats and perfectly matching ingredients. Such a dish can become a favorite on the holiday table.
Ingredients:
- sprats – 100 gr;
- potatoes – 2 pcs;
- eggs – 2 pcs;
- cheese – 100 g;
- carrots – 150 g;
- dill – 10-15 g;
- mayonnaise – 100 g;
- salt – a pinch.
Preparation:
The salad will be in layers, so first you need to prepare all the ingredients.
Open one can of canned sprats and get rid of the oil. Knead with a fork until homogeneous.
Cook potatoes and carrots in a pot. Then rub the ingredients on a coarse grater.
Spread
them
on different plates.
Boil two chicken eggs. Grate them on a coarse grater or knead them with a fork. For hard cheese use a fine grater. Finely
chop dill, which will also be one of the layers of the salad.
Take a square mold 11 by 11. The shape can be any shape. Put it on a plate, on which we will serve the salad.
On the bottom of an even layer of prepared sprats. Press with a fork to compact. Then put grated potatoes and press again.
At this stage you should salt the potatoes

Smear the potatoes with one tablespoon of mayonnaise. You can add garlic if desired. Lay carrots on top, seal with a fork. The
next layer is eggs. Lubricate with mayonnaise, you will need a tablespoon and a half. Then evenly distribute the dill.
At the end we put cheese.
Carefully remove the form and decorate the salad. On top you can put one or two sprats, as well as a sprig of dill. To soak the dish, you can put it in the refrigerator.
