For many years people have been using dough in cooking, but where are its origins? Scientists looked into the matter and soon found out that in the past they used ingredients other than modern grains. For example, dried and turned into flour acorns. They were used to bake bread and make dough. Eggs or milk were not on the ingredient list as they are now. What if we tried making a tasty treat without these ingredients in the dough recipe? Let’s give it a try!
Ingredients:
- flour – 500 gr;
- water – 350 ml;
- yeast – tbsp;
- sugar – tbsp;
- salt – tsp;
- vegetable oil – tbsp.
Preparation:
Take a deep container and pour warm water into it. Add one tablespoon of yeast and one tablespoon of sugar. Stir the ingredients,
add vegetable oil and stir again. Pour in part of the flour, as well as one teaspoon of salt. Stir with a spoon. Gradually add the rest of the flour.
Grease your hands with vegetable oil and knead
the dough
with your hands. Cover the dough in a bowl first with food film and then with a kitchen towel. Leave it on the table for 15 minutes.
Grease your hands again with vegetable oil and knead a little. Leave for 30 minutes under the food film and towel.
Grease your hands with vegetable oil and take the workpiece out of the bowl.
Divide into small pieces and form balls. To prevent the products from sticking to the table, grease the surface with vegetable oil.
Heat a frying pan with vegetable oil on the stove

With your hands make a hole in the center of the products and send them to fry on both sides.
