Statistically, families cook dinner about 3-4 times a week. That is, about as many times as it is necessary to think about what to surprise the family with. Often dishes are repeated, become monotonous and uninteresting.
Unfortunately, not everyone decides to diversify the diet in any way. For many, this process is long and difficult, because you have to look for new recipes for dishes, as well as learn how to cook them. However, people forget that a delicious dinner does not have to be necessarily complicated. There are a large number of simple ways to prepare interesting dishes from simple ingredients.
For example, like a mincemeat casserole.
Ingredients for mincemeat casserole:
- Chicken minced meat – 500 g;
- Kefir – 200 ml;
- Onion – 1 pc;
- Bulgarian pepper – 1 pc;
- Eggs – 3 pcs;
- Flour – 3 tbsp;
- Salt – a pinch;
- Black pepper – a pinch.
Preparation of minced meat casserole:
Pour kefir into the minced meat, salt and add ground black pepper. All components should be mixed until homogeneity.
Cut large slices of onion, chop to a state of mush in a blender. Pepper peel off the seeds, also grind together with onions in a blender. Chopped
vegetables should be added to the minced meat, stir again. In the resulting mass break the eggs, separating the yolk from the protein.
It is necessary that only the yolks got into the stuffing.
Mix the components, sift flour into the mince and create a homogeneous mixture. Beat the proteins to a lush foam with a mixer.
Carefully introduce the protein foam into the minced meat mixture, transfer it to a baking dish.
The mold should be greased with vegetable oil beforehand.
Bake mincemeat should be about 35-40 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees in the oven.
After cooking, it is recommended to chop dill for beauty, sprinkle greens on the top. It turns out to be a great substitute for cutlets, which is prepared easier and faster.
