Ingredients for gravy:
- vegetable oil – 4 tablespoons;
- water – 3 cups;
- tomato paste – 4 tablespoons;
- flour – 4 tsp;
- sour cream – 4 tbsp;
- butter – 40 g;
- salt – ½ tsp.
Preparation of gravy:
In a saucepan you need to heat vegetable oil, add butter to it. Combine the melted butter with vegetable oil, sift flour into the mixture.

Add tomato paste to the mixture of flour and butter, mix the ingredients again.
