Use homemade potatoes, tomatoes and berries can be used in various second dishes and pies. However, cucumbers are often overlooked in the preparation of these dishes.
It is worth not neglecting cucumbers, prepare from them useful salads for every day.
Ingredients for cucumber salad:
- cucumber – pcs;
- salt – a pinch;
- boiled eggs – 4 pcs;
- mayonnaise – 3 tablespoons;
- sweet pepper – pcs;
- lettuce leaves;
- chicken fillet – 500 g.
Preparation of cucumber salad:
Cut thin halves of cucumber circles and boiled eggs. Thin strips should be cut cleaned from the insides of sweet pepper.
Chicken fillet should be cut into two thin parts, rub salt into the fibers of meat. In a frying pan in hot vegetable oil you need to fry thin parts of the fillet to a golden crust on both sides.
Cut small strips of fried fillet, finely chop lettuce leaves. In a bowl combine eggs, fillet, salad leaves, pepper and cucumber. Fill
vegetables, meat and eggs with mayonnaise, mix the salad thoroughly.
As a result, it turns out quite tasty summer salad with cucumbers. Instead of fried chicken, you can use other meat.
