. Therefore, it is worth including kefir in your diet. It is not necessary to drink kefir every day, you can prepare nourishing snacks with it.
Ingredients for a snack on kefir:
- kefir – 300 ml;
- flour – 100 g;
- dill – a bunch;
- baking soda – ½ tsp;
- green onions – a bunch;
- salt – a pinch;
- egg – pcs;
- hard cheese – 150 g.
Preparation of a snack on kefir:
You need to extinguish baking soda in kefir, add egg and salt to the sour-milk product, mix well with a whisk. Sift flour into the kefir, knead a thick dough.
Finely chop green onions and dill, add to the dough and mix again. Grate the cheese with a small grater and put it into the dough.
Transfer part of the batter to the frying pan, fry the resulting pancake on low heat for 3-4 minutes under a lid. Then flip the pancake, fry the second side for 2-3 minutes under a lid.
The second part of the batter should be prepared in the same way.
If you like pancakes thinner, it is recommended to use ¼ of the dough. Then you will get more pancakes, they can be used for rolls with boiled eggs or minced meat.
