is not a strange fact that people first started to bake pies with meat. Probably, this filling was the most accessible and attractive to most peoples of the world.

Ingredients of stuffing for lazy meat pies:
- meat – 500 g;
- salt – ½ tsp;

Preparation of lazy meat pies:

flatbread. Seal the stuffing inside the mince, creating flattened cutlets. In a separate bowl break the eggs, salt and beat until homogeneous.
Pour sour cream into the egg mixture, mix again. Pour the flour into the egg mixture, knead a liquid dough. Dip the cutlets with stuffing into this dough.
Heat 100 ml of vegetable oil in a frying pan and dip the future patties in it. Fry them to a golden crust on medium heat on both sides.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, put the patties in a mold for baking. Send them to bake for half an hour. The
result is quite simple juicy pies. They have a very unusual filling, covered with a thin layer of dough.
