Ingredients of chicken in mayonnaise marinade:
- chicken breast – 450 g;
- soy sauce – 1.5 tbsp. tbsp;
- onion – pcs;
- egg – pcs;
- mushrooms – 400 g;
- garlic – 3 cloves;
- 20% cream – 200 ml;
- hopeli suneli – tsp;
- flour – 3 tbsp;
- pepper mixture – tsp;
- mayonnaise – 2.5 tablespoons;
- paprika – tsp;
- mustard – tsp.
Preparation of chicken in mayonnaise marinade:
To prepare the marinade we need to mix mustard, paprika, pepper mixture, hmeli suneli and soy sauce in a bowl with mayonnaise. To the marinade we add garlic and egg pressed through the press, mix thoroughly.
Cut chicken breast into 1.5 cm thick strips. Put the pieces of meat in the marinade, mix and leave for a couple of hours.
Cut the onion into small cubes, and cut the mushrooms into large slices.
In a frying pan with vegetable oil, fry
the chicken
pieces until golden.
In a separate frying pan fry the onion until soft. Then move the onions to a plate, without changing the oil cook the mushrooms. You need to evaporate all the moisture from the mushrooms, they should reduce in size by 2 times.
