Holiday salad with chicken and pineapple. At the New Year’s table, it was beyond competition

Salad with chicken and pineapple is a bright and refreshing dish that harmoniously combines the sweetness of exotic pineapples and the satiety of chicken meat. This salad has become a real hit on the tables of many families, especially on holidays and special occasions. It is light, but at the same time hearty, which makes it suitable for both everyday and festive tables.

One of the main features of our salad is the amazing combination of ingredients, which gives the dish a special character. The complex texture of chicken fillet and juiciness of pineapples create an exquisite balance that will not leave indifferent even the most demanding gourmets.

Ingredients:

  • boiled chicken fillet – 250 g;
  • onion – 1 pc;
  • carrots – 1 pc;
  • cheese – 120 g;
  • canned pineapple – 3 rings;
  • walnuts – 30 g;
  • mayonnaise.

Preparation of salad “Zimushka”:

Chop finely onion and fry in a frying pan for a few minutes. Grate carrots and cheese on a fine grater

. Cut small cubes of boiled chicken fillet and pineapple. Mix chicken fillet with fried onions and put the first layer in the salad bowl. Smear

the chicken layer with mayonnaise, put carrots on it. Smear the carrot layer with mayonnaise and put cheese on it.
