French carrot salad often uses various additives such as olive oil, lemon juice, herbs, and spices to make the dish extra refined.

Ingredients:

  • carrots – 450 g;
  • parsley – 1.5 tbsp;
  • lemon juice – 1 tbsp;
  • olive oil – 2 tbsp;
  • mustard – ½ tsp;
  • honey – 1/4 tsp;
  • salt – ½ tsp.

Preparing the carrot salad:

For the marinade, mix lemon juice with olive oil, mustard, honey, and salt. Grate the carrots on a coarse grater.

Chop the parsley finely and add to the carrots. Pour in the dressing and mix everything thoroughly.

You can also add ground black pepper to the dressing to taste. The advantage of the salad is that it does not require marinating, it can be served immediately.
