Cooking cheesecakes – this has always been an occasion for discussion of cooks. The fact is that cheesecakes are a universal and simple dish that can be prepared according to different recipes.
For example, someone does not add an egg to cheesecakes, someone prefers to cook them on semolina, and someone completely excludes flour.
Many believe that some ingredients, such as flour, are not characteristic of cheesecakes

Let’s try to cook cheesecakes without flour.
Ingredients for cheesecakes:
- cottage cheese – 450 g;
- salt – ½ tsp;
- egg – pcs;
- semolina – 2 tablespoons.
Preparation of cheesecakes:
For cooking it is worth taking grainy cottage cheese, which does not contain a lot of liquid in itself. Otherwise, the cheesecakes in the frying process will fall apart.
Break an egg into the curd, pour semolina and salt, mix the ingredients first with a spatula, then by hand. Shape the curd mass into small cheesecakes
and place them on a surface lightly sprinkled with semolina.
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, place the cheesecakes and fry on both sides until golden.
Wait for the cheesecakes to cool slightly before eating. If you like sweet cheesecakes, you can add sugar or chocolate chips to the curd.
