Ingredients for cutlets:
- minced meat – kg;
- garlic – 4 cloves;
- bread – 200 g;
- onion – pcs;
- salt – tsp.
Preparation of cutlets:
Together with minced meat it is necessary to grind the onion in a meat grinder. Bread soak in water, let it swell slightly for a couple of minutes.
Then pass the bread through a meat grinder to the minced meat and onion mass. Salt the mixture, add pepper and garlic pressed through the press, mix thoroughly until homogeneous.
Formed cutlets fry in a frying pan on medium heat for 6-7 minutes on each side. Then put a little butter to the cutlets, cover the pan with a lid and stew the dish for 20 minutes.
