. We want to give you a recipe for sugar cookies, which can also be considered a full-fledged dessert

Ingredients for apricot cookies:
- egg white – pcs;
- vegetable oil – 50 ml;
- egg – pcs;
- sugar – 800 g;
- leavening agent – 8 g;
- milk – 290 ml;
- vanilla sugar – 8 g;
- yolks – 2 pcs;
- flour – 170 g;
- cornstarch – 1.5 tbsp;
- apricot jam – 100 g.
Preparation of apricot cookies:
In a saucepan, combine 170 ml of milk with classic (20 g) and vanilla sugars, yolks and krasmalom. Whisk the components until homogeneous, on a heat below medium bring to thickening.
In a separate bowl, break the egg, add the egg white and the rest of the sugar, beat with a whisk until the grains of sand are dissolved. Pour the milk into the egg mixture and continue stirring.
Combine the flour with the baking powder and sift into the milk mixture. Knead a thick and sticky homogeneous dough.

. Put the cream into a pastry bag and create six-pointed snowflakes on top of the dough. Bake the cookies in the oven at 170 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
