Ingredients for cutlets:
- minced meat – kg;
- water – 250 ml;
- white bread – a piece;
- vegetable oil – tbsp;
- onion – 150 g;
- kefir – tbsp;
- potatoes – 150 g;
- salt – ½ tsp;
- garlic – clove;
- egg – pcs.
Preparation of cutlets:
Bread should be previously rid of the crust, soak in 150 ml of water. Cut onions into large slices and grind together with a clove of garlic through a meat grinder or blender.
In the onion and garlic mush add not squeezed bread, again mix the components. Potatoes are shredded on small grater cutters, squeeze from excess liquid.
Mix with minced potato mass, onion mush, egg, salt and kefir. The resulting homogeneous mass should be well beaten. The baking
