Ingredients for sour cream dessert:
- milk – 300 ml;
- vanilla sugar – tsp;
- yolks – 3 pcs;
- sugar – 3 tbsp;
- sour cream – 200 g;
- water – 30 ml;
- gelatin – 2 tsp.
Preparation of sour cream dessert:
Dissolve gelatin in water, give it a little time to swell. While it is necessary to mix in a saucepan with milk yolks and granulated sugar.
Milk is sent to medium heat – our task is to slightly heat the mixture. Melt the gelatin in the microwave. Pour a couple of ladles of warm milk mixture into the bowl with gelatin.
Then pour the gelatin milk into the milk mixture, stir. In the sour cream pour vanilla sugar, mix.
Gradually pour a few ladles of milk gelatin into the sour cream and mix. This mass should be transferred to a silicone mold or in a milk carton, which in advance cut off the top.
Send the milk mass in the refrigerator for a couple of hours.
Sour cream dessert holds its shape well after solidification, so you can easily take it out of the milk bag.
