Among all varieties of fish products, people do not particularly popularize sprats. This type of fish products appeared relatively recently on the world market. Making tasty sprats began only at the beginning of the XIX century. Until then, people could not find the right storage container.

Ingredients for sprat salad:
- sprats – 250 g;
- salt – a pinch;
- canned peas – 180 g;
- dill – a bunch;
- boiled eggs – 3 pcs;
- green onion – a bundle;
- boiled potatoes – 2 pcs;
- cucumber – pcs.
Preparation of sprat salad:
Peeled boiled potatoes should be cut into small cubes. Small pieces cut sprats, get rid of the tails.
In a salad bowl put chopped fish, potatoes and canned peas.
Peeled eggs are also cut into small cubes, and cucumber cut into thin bars. Shinkuem green onions and dill, together with eggs and cucumber add to the salad.
