Ingredients for “Kremlin” cutlets:
- minced pork/beef – 900 g;
- butter – 30 g;
- onion – pcs;
- milk – 50 ml;
- salt – ½ tsp;
- baton – 2 slices.
Preparation of “Kremlin” cutlets:
Slices of baton need to soak in milk. Cut the onion into small slices and run through a meat grinder.
Squeeze the baton from excess milk and mix with the minced meat

Grind the meat mass through a meat grinder and combine with the onion porridge.
Sprinkle the mixture with your favorite spices and salt, form small cutlets. Put parchment on a baking tray, grease with vegetable oil and lay out the cutlets.
Make small cross cuts on the cutlets with a spoon. Melt butter, smear the surface of each cutlet. Send the dish to the oven at 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
