The culture of pie consumption in the XXI century has reached a whole new level. If up until the XX century this type of baked goods was considered only as a hunger quencher after a grueling day of work, now pies have become a real culinary art. There
are so many ways to prepare baked goods with filling that huge volumes with recipes from different countries are printed. In America there is a special event in honor of pies. Every year in California there is a contest for the strangest pie. It has already been won by baked goods with peanut paste, pickles, mayonnaise and other ingredients atypical for pies.
We want to make slightly strange pies too, namely quick and pancake-like pies

Ingredients for quick pies:
- kefir – 500 ml;
- green onion – 50 g;
- leavening agent – tsp;
- sausage – 200 g;
- egg – pcs;
- flour – 850 g;
- salt – tsp.
Preparation of quick pies:
It is necessary to mix kefir with leavening agent, to the mass gradually add salt and egg. After mixing all the components, sift flour into the kefir mass, knead a thick dough.
Cut small cubes of sausage, finely chop green onions

Add the products to the dough, mix again and transfer the mass into a pastry bag.
Heat 50 ml of vegetable oil in a frying pan and press out portions of future patties from the bag. Fry the patties on each side until golden.
This is a very versatile recipe, because you can add any filling to the dough.
For example, bell peppers and cheese combine well in these pies.
