With the invention of cottage cheese, the cuisines of different countries around the world were noticeably transformed. New dishes began to appear in cultures. One of the brightest representatives of such dishes became cheesecakes. These cottage cheese fried cakes have won the hearts of the people of our country, Moldovans and Belarusians.
As a rule, classic cheesecakes are usually prepared with a minimum of flour. It is the cottage cheese that plays an important role in cooking. It should be not too raw and small, without large lumps. Then make excellent cheesecakes will be much easier.
In addition to the basic algorithm of preparation, there are many other, more modern recipes for cottage cheese cakes. About one of these recipes we want to tell you.
Ingredients for apple cheesecakes:
- cottage cheese – 250 g;
- flour – 240 g;
- kefir – 250 ml;
- apples – 2 pcs;
- eggs – 2 pcs;
- vanilla sugar – tsp;
- sugar – 2 tbsp;
- baking soda – ½ tsp;
- salt – ½ tsp.
Preparation of apple cheesecakes:
In a bowl pour kefir, beat eggs, pour cottage cheese, salt, classic and vanilla sugar, baking soda and mix everything well. Peel and dice medium-sized apples
, add apple slices and flour to the curd mixture and knead the dough for cheesecakes. Soak a spoon in vegetable oil and use it to pour portions of the curd mixture into a frying pan.
On medium heat in oil fry the cheesecakes until golden on both sides.
This recipe for cheesecakes can be adapted to your preferences, that is, instead of apple add raisins, pears or bananas.
To remove excess oil from the cheesecakes, use paper towels.
