There are often special days in people’s lives. We want to celebrate with a delicious dessert, please loved ones and at the same time do not resort to store products.
Then a homemade cake with a quick recipe comes to the rescue. This option allows you to prepare a tasty treat from simple products.
For this cake, we do not need an oven or the purchase of cookies. We will cook the dessert in a frying pan. The dish will not take more than 15 minutes, but will be loved by the whole family. You will bake sweets much more often.
Ingredients:
- 250 gr of wheat flour;
- 120 gr butter;
- 60 g of sugar;
- A pinch of salt.
Ingredients for the cream:
- 500 gr sour cream(20%);
- 2 eggs;
- 50 gr butter;
- 1 tablespoon of cornstarch;
- 120 gr sugar;
- 20 gr vanilla sugar.
Preparation:
Sift the flour into a deep bowl. Add room temperature butter and sugar. Grind the ingredients with a fork. We should get a fine crumb
. Send the preparation to a dry frying pan and set a medium heat. Fry until the crumbs are golden.
For the cream, beat two eggs in a ladle and add cornstarch. Use a whisk to achieve a homogeneous consistency. Now it’s time to add the vanilla. Again we use the whisk. The last ingredient will be the sour
cream. Now send the cream to cook on low heat. It is important to stir constantly. Wait for the boiling and cook for another 30 seconds. Remove from the stove
. Add a piece of softened butter to the hot cream. Stir with a whisk until smooth. Continue cooking without waiting for the cream to cool.
Separate four tablespoons from the crumbs, they will serve as decoration for the cake.
Take a baking mold, grease with refined oil, and lay parchment on the bottom.

Next spread 1/4th of the cream.
Assemble the cake by alternating layers and decorate the top with the remaining crumbs. Cover the product with food film and put it in the refrigerator for six or more hours.
