Ingredients:

  • flour – 750 gr;
  • milk – 250 ml;
  • water – 250 ml;
  • sugar – 1 tbsp;
  • salt – 1.5 tsp;
  • yeast – 10 gr;
  • egg – pcs;
  • potatoes – 4 pcs;
  • butter – 120 g.

Preparation:

In a deep bowl, pour 250 ml of warm milk and the same amount of water. Pour one tablespoon of sugar and one and a half teaspoons of salt. To raise the dough, add yeast. Mix everything with a spatula
