Ingredients:

  • 440 gr of flour;
  • 300 grams of butter;
  • 1 egg;
  • 200 gr sugar;
  • 40 gr cornstarch;
  • 600 ml milk;
  • 100 ml water;
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil;
  • 1 tablespoon of 9% vinegar.
  • Salt.

Preparation:

Sift 400 gr of flour onto the table. Cut a piece of butter 200 gr and grind with your hands.

In a bowl break one chicken egg and put a pinch of salt. Add a tablespoon of vinegar and one tablespoon of vegetable oil. Stir everything with a whisk

. Add 100 grams of cold water, stir with a whisk. Now mix the dry and liquid ingredients together.

Gather the dough into one lump and cut into pieces. Roll into balls. Transfer to a plastic bag and send it to the freezer for 40 minutes.

In a cooking bowl, mix 200 grams of sugar, 40 grams of flour, and 40 grams of cornstarch. Add vanillin. Pour in 600 ml of milk.
