Ingredients for homemade pizza:
- kefir – 400 ml;
- cheese – 300 g;
- baking soda – ⅓ tsp;
- tomatoes – 3 pcs;
- salt – ½ tsp;
- sweet pepper – pcs;
- sugar – tsp;
- olives – 100 g;
- eggs – 2 pcs;
- sausages – 3 pcs;
- vegetable oil – 2 tablespoons;
- grainy mustard – 2 tsp;
- flour – 300 g;
- mayonnaise – 3 tablespoons;
- ketchup – 3 tbsp.
Preparation of homemade pizza:
To the bowl pour kefir, pour into the sour-milk product soda and mix well. Add salt, granulated sugar, eggs and vegetable oil to the kefir, thoroughly beat the ingredients into a homogeneous mass.
