Ingredients:

  • 600 grams of cooked beets;
  • 2 teaspoons of sugar;
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt;
  • 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil;
  • 3 garlic cloves;
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar;
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper;
  • Majorana;
  • Sesame.

Preparation:

Let’s boil the beets and peel them. Then grate the ingredient and transfer it to a deep bowl. Add half a teaspoon of salt, as well as two teaspoons of sugar.

Two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar will be necessary. Press the garlic cloves through a press and add to the rest of the ingredients.

One teaspoon of coriander will also be needed for the recipe. Pour all the vegetable oil and mix.
