There are few people that do not like cakes. They are usually those who generally do not eat sweets. It turns out that the cake is the “King” of parties, a pastry miracle. Knowing how to prepare a delicious cake at home, you can make a holiday out of every day.
We will not create a record-breaking 100-tier cake, as in the United States in the state of Michigan, but we will try to prepare a surprisingly tasty dessert of three cakes. Cook with us!
Ingredients:
- 160 g of wheat flour;
- 2 eggs;
- 180 gr sugar;
- 200 gr sour cream;
- 1 teaspoon baking soda;
- 1 tablespoon vinegar;
- 1/4 teaspoon salt;
- Vanillin;
- 1 tablespoon poppy seeds;
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder;
- 2 tablespoons raisins.
Ingredients for preparing the cream:
- 450 grams of sour cream (fat content 20%);
- 0.3 teaspoons of citric acid;
- 3 tablespoons of powdered sugar.
Preparation:
In a deep container send chicken eggs, salt, as well as granulated sugar. With a mixer, whip the ingredients so that you get a light and lush mass. The process takes 5 minutes.
The next ingredient we add sour cream. Mix the ingredients until homogeneous.
Flour and vanillin are sifted through a sieve and sent into the bowl.
It remains to add baking soda and extinguish with table vinegar.
Use
a whisk to achieve homogeneity
. Finished dough is divided into three equal parts. In one of them add powder, in – dry poppy seeds. The last piece of dough will be with raisins, which should be steamed in boiling water. Stir until homogeneity.
On a baking tray covered with parchment, lay out all the blanks. Bake at a temperature of 160 degrees. It is enough 15 minutes.
To prepare the cream, we take a bowl, in which we send sour cream, citric acid and powdered sugar. Stir the ingredients until homogeneous, but do not whip
. Proceed to the assembly of the dessert. Trim the edges of the cakes, make crumbs from the scraps.
Lay out the bottom layer of cake with raisins, smear with cream. To get a double layer of cream, smear the cake with cocoa and put the cream down. According to this principle, assemble the whole treat.
The sides are smeared with cream and decorated with crumbs. We send it to the refrigerator for one hour.
