Not at all everyone will be able to remember an interesting and delicious cookie “Peaches”. It appeared on a par with the cookies “Walnut”, has approximately the same algorithm of preparation.

To create the illusion of a choice of confectionery, often the same desserts were called differently. The
products required for the preparation of both “Peaches” and “Nuts” budget. Therefore, there were times when cookies were made at home. It was sugary on the outside, and inside had a lot of filling from condensed milk.
Today we will make cookies “Peaches”, let’s plunge into nostalgia for Soviet sweets.
Ingredients for “Peach” cookies:
- flour – 300 g;
- sugar – 2 tbsp;
- butter – 90 g;
- boiled condensed milk – 150 g;
- powdered sugar – 120 g;
- eggs – 2 pcs;
- vanillin – 10 g.
Preparation of cookies “Peach”:
In a bowl, we combine warm butter with powdered sugar and vanillin, beat until homogeneous. Add eggs to the mixture, sift some of the flour and knead the dough.
Gradually in the process of kneading pour the rest of the flour into the dough. From the resulting elastic lump make 22 small “peaches”. Transfer the peaches to a parchment-lined baking tray and bake at 170 degrees in the oven for only 15 minutes.
Cut the cookies into two pieces. In the halves of the “peaches” cut out the middle, put condensed milk inside. Combine the two parts into one whole.
You can prepare a sugar glaze for this cookie and then sprinkle with granulated sugar.
