If you talk about salads, it can take a huge amount of time. The fact is that there is an incredibly huge number of salads in every cuisine of the world. All peoples come up with dishes from the ingredients available on the continent.
For example, in Europe, salads of vegetables, cheeses and meat products are popular. In our country, it is not uncommon to put beets in the salad. Asians add mushrooms, seafood and seaweed to salads.
In African countries, you can find salads from fruits.
We will tell you how to make a festive salad from vegetables and chicken.
Ingredients for chicken salad:
- potatoes – 3 pcs;
- mayonnaise – 100 g;
- eggs – 2 pcs;
- cucumber – 2 pcs;
- smoked chicken breast – 150 g;
- cheese – 150 g;
- canned corn – 150 g.
Preparation of the salad:
Boil peeled potatoes until soft and turn into mashed potatoes. Boil hard-boiled eggs, peel and grate on large grater teeth. Cucumbers cut into small bars, as well as the chicken breast.
Lay out in a baking mold foil, tamp the bottom ⅔ of the potatoes. Smear each layer with mayonnaise and sprinkle with a pinch of salt.
On the potato layer, place a layer of eggs, cucumber, and then chicken.
Shred cheese on a fine grater, form a cheese cap on the flat surface of the chicken layer.
On the cheese cap put the rest of the potatoes, tamp the layers. Turn the mold over on a plate, carefully remove the puffed salad from the utensil with the help of the foil.
