Ingredients for puffed pie dough:
- yeast – 33 g;
- sugar – 2 tbsp;
- flour – 500 g;
- salt – ⅓ tsp;
- water – 250 ml;
- vegetable oil – 2 tbsp.
Preparation of dough for puffed pies:
In a bowl of warm water you need to pour yeast and granulated sugar, stir until the grits dissolve completely. After 10 minutes add vegetable oil and salt to the opara, stir again.

Ingredients for soft pie dough:
- kefir – 400 ml;
- vegetable oil – 3 tablespoons;

- baking soda – tsp;
- citric acid – ¼ tsp.
