Salad “Shawermochka” is one of the popular dishes, which is distinguished by bright colors, rich taste and ease of preparation.

It is an ideal salad for holidays and family gatherings, as well as for every day.

The base of the salad is made up of vegetables and fruits, which can include ingredients such as tomatoes, pineapples, corn.

These components give the salad a fresh and crunchy texture, filling it with vitamins and useful substances.

Often cheese is added to the salad, which makes the dish more hearty and increases its nutritional value

The salad includes meat, which further enhances the variety of flavors and makes it more filling.

Ingredients:

  • chicken fillet – 2 pcs;
  • nut seasoning – 1 tsp;
  • ground black pepper – ½ tsp;
  • cherry tomatoes – 200 g;
  • thin pita;
  • canned pineapples – 100 g;
  • Korean carrots – 200 g;
  • cheese – 150 g;
  • walnuts – 100 g;
  • canned corn – 100 g;
  • mayonnaise;
  • dill – a bunch;
  • parsley – a bunch.

Preparation of the salad:

Rinse and dry chicken fillets, mix with salt, nut seasoning and ground black pepper. Leave the fillets to marinate and then bake in the oven until ready.

Cut thin pita into small strips and then into straws

, cut cherry tomatoes into slices and shred Korean carrots. In advance, chop walnuts into fine crumbs.
