Therefore, an important rule of any lunch is to eat a second course. It can be mashed potatoes with a cutlet, porridge, goulash and other gastronomic delights.

Ingredients for cutlets with stuffing:
- minced meat – 600 g;
- olive oil – 2 tablespoons;
- onion – pcs;
- garlic – clove;
- bread – 5 slices;
- tomato – pcs;
- milk – 150 ml;
- yellow pepper – ½ piece;
- salt – tsp;
- mayonnaise – 3 tbsp;
- paprika – tsp;
- pickles – 100 g;
- coriander – tsp;
- cheese – 120 g;
- potatoes – 3 pcs;
- red cabbage – ½ in/
Preparation of cutlets with stuffing:
Bread cut into small pieces should be soaked in warm milk. After the bread has absorbed the liquid, squeeze the crumb well. Soak the bread in milk, put minced meat, mix the components.
