Salad with prunes and chicken is a nutritious and tasty dish that can become a decoration of any table. The combination of tender chicken meat, sweet prunes and other ingredients creates a harmonious flavor. This salad is suitable for both everyday menus and festive feasts.

Salad with prunes and chicken takes a special place in the Slavic culinary tradition due to its rich flavor and ease of preparation.
Ingredients:
- Chicken thighs – 500 g;
- Eggs – 6 pcs;
- Boneless prunes – 100 g;
- Walnuts – 80 g;
- Garlic – 2 cloves;
- Dijon mustard;
- Mayonnaise;
- Salt;
- Black pepper.
Preparation of salad with prunes and chicken:
Boil the chicken thighs to a boil, and then rinse them in cold water. Next, re-boil the chicken in clean water. Beforehand, you can lightly fry pieces of carrots and large parts of onions
. As soon as the vegetables are browned, put them in the broth, along with herbs and black pepper peas. Cook the chicken thighs for 40-45 minutes.
After cooking the thighs, leave them to cool in the broth. For the main salad recipe, beat eggs with salt one at a time.
In a skillet, mix butter and vegetable oil, fry thin egg pancakes, should get 6 pieces. In a dry frying pan, lightly dry walnuts, and then lightly chop them.
Remove the skin and bones from the cooled ham hocks, cut into small cubes

. Roll egg pancakes into rolls and cut into thin slices. For the sauce, press a garlic clove, mix with mayonnaise and Dijon mustard.

To serve, you can enclose the salad in a culinary ring and slightly tamp it down. You can decorate the dish with cherry tomatoes and greens.
