Kefir is a rather peculiar dairy product. As a rule, it is not liked by all inhabitants of the Earth. However, is very useful for the stomach. Our country wins in kefir purchases. Kefir is less in demand in Asian countries. The Japanese and Chinese are not particularly fond of various dairy products, this can justify their dislike of kefir.

Ingredients for potato pies:
- kefir – 250 ml;
- salt – 2 pinches;
- flour – 400 g;
- bay leaf – 2 pcs;
- sour cream – 2 tbsp;
- butter – 2 tablespoons;
- egg yolk – pcs;
- cream – 100 ml;
- sugar – tbsp;
- onion – 2 pieces;
- leavening agent – ½ tsp;
- potatoes – kg;
- baking soda – ½ tsp;
- vegetable oil – tbsp.
Preparation of the pie with potatoes:
Boil to readiness the potatoes peeled in advance in water with a pinch of salt and bay leaves. At this point, we cut a small dice of onions, put in a frying pan and fry until brown.
